ABOUT US
We are located on the south shore of the unspoiled Trout Lake with facilities designed to offer a year-round escape to experience the beauty of Rainbow Country. Trout Lake is sixteen miles long and half a mile wide and is located eighteen kilometers from the village of Alban.
The clean pollution-free water is noted for lake trout, pike, muskie, walleye (pickerel), small & large mouth bass and many varieties of pan fish.
FISHING
Trout Lake is known for its lake trout, pike, muskie, walleye (pickerel), large & small mouth bass and pan fish galore! Bait is stocked at the lodge at current prices.
HUNTING
The miles of Crown Land surrounding the lodge are popular hunting areas for moose, bear, deer, ducks, rabbits and partridge.
CABINS
Our housekeeping cabins are located on the south shore of Trout Lake, surrounded by pine, birch and poplar trees. Ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. All cabins have Satellite TV with flat screen TV’s, screen porches, BBQ,s w/ propane, picnic table and fire pits. WIFI Available.
SNOWMOBILING
Owls Nest Lodge is located @ intersection FD708 & FD703, 6 kilometers off Top C Trail! Winterized cabins and gas available!
ATV
With hundreds of miles of local ATV trails, your trail riding adventure never ends!!
OTHER THINGS TO DO
Our facilities are open 12 months of the year. The Trout Lake area is ideal for snowmobiling, fishing, ATVing, but we are also close to great shopping, golf courses and restaurants!
PETS: For the comfort and safety of other guests, we are sorry that we cannot allow pets to accompany guests.
